What counts
A shipped order. Renewals count again each month while they stay. Refunds and orders the provider does not approve do not count.

Paid on the 1st of each month. It shows on your payout page with the reason for anything that did not count.

Do they need a prescription?

Yes. A licensed provider reviews the health form and decides. Vyora says most reviews take about a day.

Is there a video call?

No. It is a form review. Once in a while a quick phone call, never a video visit.

Does insurance cover it?

No. Vyora does not take insurance. Some members pay with HSA or FSA money, and Vyora provides paperwork to help with reimbursement requests.

What if they are not approved?

They get a full refund to their original payment method. Nothing counts for you, and nothing is owed.
